Each individual may hold only one mbi9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access or a security breach.

mbi9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, USDT TRC20, BTC, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash deposit terminals. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in reversal of the deposit and suspension of your mbi9 account pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. mbi9 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges. mbi9 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by mbi9's payment systems. mbi9 offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bonus amounts, maximum bet sizes while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods.
All bets placed on the mbi9 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, NBA, UFC, and e-sports), or any other market — are subject to the specific game or event rules published on the Platform and these general Terms.
Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. mbi9 does not accept cancellation of confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error. A "manifest error" is a clear, obvious mistake — for example, incorrect odds posted due to a technical fault. In such cases, mbi9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s) and refund the stake to the Player's account.
For sports betting: all results are determined based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to the flow of a match or event. mbi9 is not liable for any losses arising from market suspension delays that are outside our control.

Violation of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mbi9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach, void all associated bets and bonuses, and where applicable, report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the mbi9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbi9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mbi9.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss — even if mbi9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mbi9's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mbi9 is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failure; third-party payment processing delays; force majeure events including acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest; or any technical failures outside mbi9's reasonable control.

You may request the closure of your mbi9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
mbi9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) required identity or KYC documentation has not been provided; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order; or (d) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (in which case, a dormancy fee or account maintenance charge may apply as notified).
